Warranty Services

All machines provide at least 1 year warranty from the date when the customer signs the successful installation document.
During the warranty period, if the machine parts are damaged, we will replace the parts free of charge (except for man-made damage).
When the machine is shipped, we will provide some free spare parts lists. Customers can find the parts that need to be replaced in the list. After sending videos and photos for confirmation, we will send out new parts as soon as possible.

Through professional packaging processes and strict safety standards, we ensure that every machine reaches its destination safely and meets the expectations of our customers.

Shrink-wrap

This material not only provides dust and moisture protection, but also forms a tight protective layer on the surface of the machine, reducing friction and damage during transportation.

Wooden case packing (optional)

The machine is then packed in custom-made wooden cases. The size and structure of the wooden box are tailored to the specifications and characteristics of the machine to ensure that the machine is stable in the box.

Internal fixation

Inside the wooden box, we use foam, cardboard or other cushioning materials to secure the machine to prevent damage caused by vibration or movement during transport.

Load into container

Loading is the last step in the packaging process. We load wooden boxes into containers and ensure that the space inside the containers is properly used to avoid overcrowding.

Safety inspection

After the loading is complete, we conduct a security check on the container to ensure that all packaging materials are properly secured and the container doors are sealed to prevent any accidents during transportation.

Tracking and monitoring

We will provide the whole logistics tracking service, so that customers can always know the status of goods transportation.
